One Piece is an Japanese animated tv series created in 1998 by Echiiro Oda. This stroy is about friends and adventure through the fierce sea, the journey of Monkey D. Luffy to become the king of pirates along with his nakamas(friends). Everyone in the crew has their own goal and are willing to help the captain Monkey D. Luffy to achieve his dream first.
1.Akainu(Sakazuki) :
Well Akainu is not loved by all the one piece fan's especially from the marine ford arc. Akainu is a very aggressive person having the power of magma "magu magu no mi". He easily pierced through Ace's flame body. He also went toe to toe with White beard and after the marine ford arc he fought with Akoji for the post of fleet admiral, he won easily against akoiji, sparing his life. He believes in absolute justice and hates pirates
2.Silvers Reyleigh:
Slivers Reyleigh also known as" The Dark King" was once the right hand man of the former king of pirates "Gold D. Roger". Considering the fact, Reyleigh was the 1st division commander of the pirate he is undoubtedly to be a yonko level. He possess all kinds of haki, which was displayed while he taught luffy after Marine Ford arc. And during the clash with a peak admiral Kizaru, Reyleigh had no serious issue and was able to save the "Straw Hats", which confirms he is obviously an admiral level. Also Shakki tells during the meet with straw hats in Sabody that Reyleigh is 100times stronger than luffy.
3.Big Mom(Charlotte Linlin) :
Big Mom being in the list is no surprise, we have already witnessed the power she possessd. She was a monster since her childhood. She has the ability to destroy a whole village at a very young age. A bounty of 500million berries during that time, which says a lot about her power. During the clash between Luffy and Big Mom, and Brook and big Mom, we could easily see the difference in power level,Luffy had no chance. She have the ability of fire, thunder, extremely powerful iron ballon body with soul eating ability. She obtained her ability through Mother Carmel, after eating her unknowingly during her hunger panks.
4.Kaido:
Kadio is famous for having the power of 100 beasts. His body scale is harder than any other character in the whole anime. He tried to kill himself multiple times but couldn't not. We saw him jumping from thousand feet but there was no single scratch. When luffy fought with Kaido, Kadio just one shot luffy with his "Thunder Baguwa". Kaido has said to be fought with powerful characters and is captured multiples times. Although his dragon form was not that powerful but his human form was unbelievably stronger than Luffy's imagination.
5.Black Beard(Marshall D. Teach) :
Marshall D. Teach also known as Black Beard, once was Schibukai for Marine Ford but betrayed them and obtained the most powerful paramecia fruit "Gura Gura no mi". He showed the world that a human can obtain 2 devil fruits. Currently Black Beard possess two devil fruits "Gura Gura no mi" along with "Yami Yami no mi" . The first commander of the White Beard pirates fought with The Black Beard pirates and lost badly. This evidence tells that he has leveled up and considered as one of the four yonko of the sea.

6.Monkey D. Dragon:
Monkey D. Dragon is the father of main character 'Monkey D. Luffy'.We all know Monkey D. Dragon is the most wanted man in the whole anime till now. He is the head of the Revolutionary Army. We still haven't seem his full power, although we have sseem some Glimpse of his power. During the vist of the straw hat's in Lougedown, Luffy was captured and taken to execution but suddenly the weather changed and dragon appeared and rescued luffy. And another event was when Luffy got captured by Smoker and same thing happend, the weather changed and suddenly Dragon appeared from nowhere leaving Smoker speechless.
7.Monkey D. Garp:
The father of Monkey D. Dragon and Monkey D. Luffy is without a doubt one of the elite character in one piece. He is well known for his Mighty Fist. He is one the character who went in head to head with the pirate King Gold. D Roger. Considering the fact that Garp and Roger single handedly stopped the Rox D. Xebec Pirates. Rox pirates were the strongest pirates during that era with personalities like White Beard, Kaido, Big Mom and Shiki The Lion. The two stopped this force to protect marie jori from the attack successfully. Due to this incident Garp is known as the hero of marine ford.
8.White Beard (Edward New Gate) :
White Beard is truely considered to be the strongest human ever to live in the one piece world. He had the strongest paramecia devil fruit 'gura gura no mi' the power to control the vibration and create large mass of destruction. We saw during the marine ford arc how a sick old injured White Beard fought will all the three Admrial and almost killed Akainu. He took several severe damages , finally after long batlle he died as the greatest pirate in the one piece history. He was also considered as the favorite person to become the pirate king after Roger.
9.Shanks:
Shanks also know as Red haired pirates, Shanks is one of the four yonko if the seas. He is the one who inspired the future pirate king Luffy to sail his journey to the sea. He saved luffy from a sea monster with his conquerer Haki during the begging of Romance Dawn arc in the East Blue Sea. He stopped the whole marine ford war single handedly without any action and both the marine and the pirates listened to him. From here we can see he is a very strong personality. Shanks tends to have the strongest conquerer's Haki.
10.Gold D. Roger:
We obviously know the king of pirates 'Gold D. Roger' is the strongest character, he is only the truely known pirate king till date. We have not seen any kind of real power if him in a battle but he was also the one who stopped Rox Pirates with Monkey D. Garp. We saw during the encounter of the king with Shiki suddenly the weather changed and dozens of Shikis's Ship was wrecked into ocean unknowingly. We can just assumed that the king has some tremendous nature controlling ability but it's unsure.
